* Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card number
and $250 deposit at the time of booking. Deposit is refundable if canceled 14 days before arrival, minus $50 non refundable fee.
* No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival.
* The best way to reach us is e-mail. If you call please leave us detail msg including
phone number and name. We do not answer unknown numbers, 800 numbers or
computer generated numbers.
* 2 nights minimum stay required.
* We reserve the right to switch the selected room if necessary.
* One parking spot per room - we can’t accommodate pick up truck, large van.
* Only registered guests allowed on the property grounds
As a B&B owners we rely on a short summer season and late cancellations hurt us. Please arrange adequate travel insurance coverage to secure yourself in the event of emergency cancellations, and that include Covid.
