* We DO NOT charge HST tax
- all payments due on arrival

* Reservation confirmed - credit card and $100 deposit a night, per room.
* Cancelation 14 days required for refund, minus $100 cancellation fee.
* Debit card / e-transfer and CAD/ US cash accepted.
* 5% discount on cash and debit card payment ( excluding US debit/credit cards).
* Credit card with matching ID must be present at check-in.
* No refunds for partial stays.
* Reservations made without valid /declined credit card will be removed.
* We reserve the right to switch the selected room if necessary.
