and deposit of $100 per room at the time of booking.
* Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 7 days or more before arrival
* A $50 administration fee will be charge on any cancellation after 24 hr.
* 2 nights minimum on weekends and in high season
* For 1 night stay $20 extra charge and cash only payments are accepted.
